Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your licensing and use of the offline desktop and web-based business automation software provided by DeskSolution Inc.

1. Software Licensing

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run our desktop applications (e.g. DeskSolution Print Shop Manager) on your workspaces.

2. Data and Sync Daemon

Your local databases are stored on your devices. DeskSolution is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failures or database corruptions. If you use cloud syncing, you are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials.

3. Service Limitations

Our offline software is provided "as is". While we audit our code to eliminate errors, we do not warrant that calculations (such as cost estimations or inventory levels) will always be error-free.

4. Termination

If your subscription is cancelled, your cloud syncing features will be paused, and your local databases will enter a read-only mode until payment is resolved.
